2、 Working principle of electric contact pressure gauge
The electric contact pressure gauge is based on the pressure of the measured medium applied to the spring tube in the measurement system. Tianchang Mingxuan Instrument Co., Ltd. produces a corresponding elastic deformation displacement at the end of the spring tube. With the help of a pull rod, it is transmitted through a gear transmission mechanism and amplified. The measured value is indicated on the dial by the indicator on the fixed gear wheel together with the contact. At the same time, the instantaneous contact with the upper or lower limit of the contact on the setting pointer causes the circuit in the control system to be disconnected or connected, in order to achieve the purpose of automatic control and signaling alarm.
3、 Installation steps of electric contact pressure gauge:
(1) Close the stop valve at the front end of the impulse pipe
(2) Turn off the power supply
(3) Wrap the electrical contact pressure gauge with raw tape and connect it to the pressure conduit
(4) Wiring of electric contact pressure gauge
(5) Open the stop valve and adjust the high and low explosion points according to corresponding requirements
4、 Use of the pointer of the electric contact pressure gauge
The upper pointer is the upper limit, the lower pointer is the lower limit, and the middle black is the value of the actual pressure. When the actual pressure is above the upper limit, it is connected to the upper limit and disconnected from the lower limit. When the actual pressure is between the upper and lower limits, the common end is disconnected from both the upper and lower limits. When the actual pressure is below the lower limit, the common terminal is connected to the lower limit and disconnected from the upper limit. 5、 Common Faults and Treatment Methods of Electric Contact Pressure Gauge
There is no indication on the pressure gauge: it may be
(1) the shut-off valve on the pressure pipe is not open; Treatment method: Open the shut-off valve;
(2) The pressure pipe is blocked; Treatment method: Remove the pressure conduit, dredge it with steel wire, and clean it with compressed air or steam. After removing the pressure gauge, the pointer cannot return to zero: it may be due to deformation or failure of the spring tube; Treatment: Replace the pressure gauge.
(3)The pointer of the pressure gauge has a pulsating or sluggish phenomenon: it may be due to the friction between the pointer and the surface glass or dial; Treatment: Replace the pressure gauge.
