Structural Principles
The instrument consists of a measuring system, an indicating device, a magnetic auxiliary contact device, an outer shell, a regulating device, and a junction box (i.e. a plug socket). When the spring tube is under the pressure of the measured medium, it forces its end to produce corresponding elastic deformation displacement. With the help of a pull rod, it is transmitted through a gear and amplified, and the measured value is indicated on the dial by a pointer fixed on the gear shaft. At the same time, the pointer drives the movable contact to contact the contact (upper or lower limit) on the set pointer, causing the circuit in the control system to be disconnected or connected, in order to achieve automatic control and send signals and alarms.
